Mini Chocolate Indulgence Ice Creams, Sainsbury's

Every Summer guarantees an influx of new ice creams and lollies adorning the supermarket shelves. Normally I turn a blind eye to the pots of luxurious and decadent ice creams. But when I spot new arrivals in mini form, I’m irresistibly drawn to opening that cabinet door.

So it was when I came across these new Sainsbury’s Mini Chocolate Indulgence with Bourbon vanilla dairy ice cream. They’re miniature versions of Sainsbury’s Chocolate Indulgence ice cream sticks which of course means less calories. In fact, you’ll save over 100 calories by choosing the mini versions - great for those of us watching our weight.

Sainsbury's mini chocolate indulgence ice cream sticks are similar to the Weight Watchers Mini Sticks. Each box contains 8 mini ice creams on sticks and inside you’ll find 4 Belgian milk chocolate ice creams, 2 Belgian white chocolate ice creams and 2 Belgian milk chocolate with almond pieces.

Inside the box
The regular sized Indulgence ice cream sticks have an average of 260 calories each. But if you choose the mini versions, you’ll be eating 126 calories for the White Chocolate and Milk Chocolate varieties and 144 calories for the Almond Ice Cream variety.
The gorgeous Almond Mini Stick (Big nutty chunks)
Each ice cream is made with Bourbon vanilla flavoured dairy ice cream and covered with a lovely thick and crunchy Belgian chocolate.

Available in Sainsbury’s supermarkets.
