Kellogg's All Bran High Fibre Breakfast Cereal

2013 All Bran Box
An old favourite. All Bran has been around for years and still remains one of the breakfast cereals with the highest fibre content.

While it makes a filling and reasonably low calorie breakfast, it's extremely versatile and works well in recipes where you want to add a little extra fibre.

For example, try adding All Bran to home-made wholemeal muffins.

It also adds a nice crunch when sprinkled on top of a fruit salad or yogurt.
