4 Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Breakfast Biscuits + yoghurt or latte, + fruit or smoothie = a balanced breakfast.
Quick review:
I purchased the Oats & Honey variety. Personally, I don't eat biscuits for breakfast, preferring instead to keep a few in the cupboard for those times when I want something sweet to crunch on. I like the idea that I’m getting a few extra vitamins as well as the fibre that isn’t often found in regular biscuits.

Nutri-Grain Fruit & Fibre |
Each biscuit has 48 calories and there are four in each pack. Since the recommendation is to eat the whole pack, you'd be eating 192 calories plus the yogurt/latte and fruit or smoothie. I'd rather just snack on this lot throughout the morning rather than eat them all at once.
Although it's to be expected that a biscuit will have a high level of sugar, it is a shame the saturated fat is in the high category (just) with 4g of saturates per 100g. (See nutrition guidelines). However, if you're going to eat a biscuit as a snack, this could be a good choice with the extra B Vitamins and higher fibre content.
