Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly Mini Bars - NEW

Hooray, it seems I’m not alone in my wish for a smaller Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly Bar. Just spotted in my local Costcutter was the new Bubbly Mini Bar.

I wrote about the larger 100g and 90g bars in an earlier post (see here) and my hopes that it would be available in a smaller version one day. And now it is.


If you haven’t seen the Bubbly Bars yet, they are made from Cadbury’s dairy milk chocolate with an aerated milk chocolate filling. Their tagline is ‘A burst of joy in every bubble’.

So far I’ve only seen it in the milk chocolate variety. It doesn’t say anywhere on the pack what size it is, but the bars have less than half the calories of the 90g bars, so I'm guessing it's around 40g. These smaller mini bars have 210 calories each, so still quite a lot for a small snack.

I keep mine in the fridge (hidden in the vegetable drawer where my kids won't look) and break off a few bubbles at a time when I need a chocolate fix.

Found in a branch of Costcutter but no doubt finding their way into the mass market as I write.
