Weight Watchers Rich Chocolate Dessert

Do you ever fancy something sweet and chocolatey after your meal but feel the calorie content will spoil your diet? If you’re eating out, then quite possibly it will.

But when you’re dining at home you can ensure you only have lower calorie options available in the fridge.

Fortunately there are many delicious and tempting desserts which manage to pack in loads of taste while keeping the calories down. Take Weight Watchers Rich Chocolate Desserts. They're deliciously creamy and made with real chocolate, but have only 62 calories per pot and 2 ProPoints.

Of course, 62 calories isn’t much at all and this is achieved partly because the pots are small, only 70g. But one of the main causes of diet failure is eating portions which are too large.

Getting used to smaller sweet treats such as those which are individually packed into smaller portions, can really help keep your weight loss or maintenance on track.

You can find Weight Watchers Rich Chocolate Desserts in the chiller cabinets of major supermarkets and they come packed as 2 x 70g pots.

Nutrition information per 70g pot: 62 calories, 2.5g protein, 9.4g carbohydrates, 7.1g sugars, 1.7g fat, 1.1g saturates, 1.0g fibre, 0.1g salt. Suitable for vegetarians. Medium sugar, Low fat, Medium saturates, Low salt.

  1. Great suggestion! 62kcal for a chocolately treat certainly isn't a lot and this particular treat only contains 3% fat at the most. I imagine the sugars are also bang on 10% as well - what a little treasure! I hope it tastes good :)
