Checking out the nutritional information, the new Low Fat Natural Set Yogurt has 50 calories and 1.5g of fat per 100g. The Natural Set yogurt has 69 calories and 3.7g of fat, while the Fat Free Natural has 46 calories and 0.1g of fat per 100g.
Like the others in the Onken range, Low Fat Natural Set yogurt contains live probiotic cultures, is gluten free, has no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives and is suitable for vegetarians. All the natural yogurts have no added sugar.

Compared with the Natural Set yogurt, the Fat Free version tastes a little insipid and is really better suited to adding to recipes.
This new Onken Low Fat version is another set yogurt which you can stir to make smooth or just spoon it out as is. It tastes remarkably similar to the Natural Set yogurt and is far tastier than the fat free. It manages to bridge the gap between the fat free variety and medium fat yogurt perfectly.
You get the best of both with the Low Fat natural yogurt. It's low in calories and fat but has all the taste of the regular set yogurt.
Most of the major supermarkets and many smaller outlets sell Onken yogurts with the new Natural Low Fat Set yogurts being sold in 450g pots.
UPDATE 2015: Unfortunately, it seems many of the larger supermarkets are sticking with selling the full fat and fat free varieties. I don't know what it's like in the rest of the country, but in London I can only find it in Waitrose and online at Ocado and the odd smaller outlet such as Costcutter.
