If you want to eat a whole wafer cone, filled with delicious vanilla ice cream and topped with a crisp chocolate coating without consuming hundreds of calories, you can.
ASDA have introduced new Mini Vanilla Cones whereby each ice cream has just 60 calories.
Included as one of ASDA’s ‘Chosen by You’ range, these tiny icecreams are perfect miniatures of their larger counterparts. Each wafer cone is filled with a white vanilla ice cream and has a smooth, crisp outer chocolate coating. And once you've finished the ice cream, you'll find even more chocolate at the bottom of the cone.
Mini versions of treats are such a great idea. I buy ice creams for my family to eat as desserts but always try to keep them under 150 calories. I know they’re tiny, but treats should be small. I know my lot would happily scoff an ice cream three or four times the size if I put it in the freezer, so I don’t. And you know what, they really enjoy eating these mini ice creams even if they wished they were bigger.
Iceland also do a similar mini ice cream cone, though they have slightly more calories.
Boxes hold 8 x 25ml mini ice cream cones and can be found in ASDA stores.
