Walkers Sunbites Wholegrain Crispy Snacks

Walkers Sunbites are another alternative snack to crisps. They’re made using wholegrains so you’re getting a bit more fibre. Plus they have 30% less fat than regular crisps. They’re available in multi-packs of six, with a typical pack containing 120 calories.

Sunbites are very addictive and seriously tasty. These corrugated, square shaped bites have a texture which is a bit like a combination of prawn crackers and crisps.

Although they have a reduced fat content, they don’t have that dry taste that some reduced fat crisps end up with.

However, with 21.5g of fat per 100g, they are still a high fat product. A typical pack contains 5.4g of fat. The calorie count isn’t too bad, but that's because there aren't many Sunbites per bag (see photo).
