Spaghetti & Meatballs Light Choices is described as ‘pasta with oven roasted meatballs in a rich tomato and herb sauce.’
This is a 400g ready meal with 395 calories and 10.8g of fat, while Tesco’s regular Spaghetti & Meatballs has 445 calories and 19.2g of fat for the same amount.
One pack provides a reasonably large portion for one person. However, if you serve it up with some vegetables, there is easily enough to serve two people. This will halve the number of calories while providing a more balanced and nutritiously filling meal.
It’s easy to cook. Just take it straight out the freezer or fridge and cook for a few minutes in the microwave or oven. The meatballs are a decent size with a rich, tomato and herb flavour. The sauce is tasty though it's a little on the watery side.
You can find Tesco Light Choices Spaghetti & Meatballs in the ready meals section of Tesco supermarkets and online.
