Since the launch of Weetabix’s Oaty bars back in 2009, they’ve proved extremely popular. Although they are targeted at children, they're also a convenient snack for dieters because each bar has under 100 calories, much less than many other cereal bars on the market.
Recently, Weetabix have revamped and renamed their Oaty bars, plus they’ve added a delicious new toffee flavour.
The four flavours to choose from are Strawberry Crusher, Toffee Dazzler, White Chocolate Shooter and Milk Chocolate smasher.

Nutritionally, they are high in fibre and low in salt. Also, as stated on the box, they have less than half the sugar of the average kids cereal or fruit bar. This is good.

However, they are still a high sugar product with 19.6g of sugar per 100g with each 23g bar containing 4.6g of sugar.
Nutritional Information: Per Strawberry Crusher bar: 79 calories, 1.4g protein, 12.7g carbohydrate, 4.6g sugar, 1.8g fat, 0.6g saturates, 5.1g fibre, 0.04g salt.
