Marks and Spencer’s mini crunchy cornflake bites are covered in delicious milk chocolate and have only 40 calories each. Each bite measures approximately 5.5cm x 2cm (2.5 inches x 1 inch), so they really are larger than one bite, more like three or four. They are packaged in a 190g plastic tub which holds an average of 20 bites, ideal for sharing with your colleagues or friends.
