Twinings Velvety Vanilla Flavour Chai Latte Review

Twinings Vanilla Chai LatteI've been wanting to try a chai latte for ages now. I've seen them advertised when I buy my Cappuccinos in Starbucks and various other coffee shops. It's that combination of spices, including cinnamon and cardamom with creamy frothy milk that always sounds so delicious.

Unfortunately, most Chai Lattes are loaded with calories, mainly from the sugar content. A tall Chai Latte from Starbucks has 200 calories and 32g of sugar, while a skimmed primo Chai latte from Costa has 207 calories. If you buy the full fat massimo size, you’re up for 667 calories – for a cup of tea!

Weight Watchers British Favourites Yogurts Review

Weight Watchers British Favourites YogurtsI was finally nearing the end of an interminably long queue in Poundland, when I glanced into the fridges by the checkout. I don’t normally buy anything from these fridges, but on this day I noticed they were selling some Weight Watchers yogurts I hadn't seen before.

They’re called British Favourites and each pot has just under 60 calories and 1 ProPoint.

Weight Watchers Fruit Purees Review

Weight Watchers Tropical Crush Fruit PureeI do most of my supermarket shopping online these days, but the trouble with that, is I often miss out on new products arriving in store. So when I venture away from my virtual shop into the real thing, I usually find all sorts of products I’d never have known about.

On my latest trip to a Waitrose store, I spotted a few new products from Weight Watchers, one of which are these individual fruit puree pouches. There were two varieties: Berry Crush and Tropical Crush. I purchased one of each. The Tropical Crush has 42 calories while the Berry Crush has 41 calories. Both are worth 1 ProPoint.
