Options Low Calorie Hot Chocolate new flavours

I really should have written this post many months ago. But study, work and family have taken all my time, plus I wasn't sure whether these new Options varieties were going to hang around long enough for me to write about.

But it seems at least one of these two new flavours has graduated from single sachets to a large plastic container. If you haven’t seen them already, the new Options flavours I'm taking about are ‘Sweet Popcorn’ and ‘Butterscotch’. Both have 39 calories per sachet.

Cheat Sheet Guide To Growing Your Own Herbs

I love adding fresh herbs to the recipes I make. They instantly add vibrant colour, freshness and a host of added health benefits.

However, I don't grow my own herbs. I keep meaning to give it a go, but never get around to it.

Instead I end up buying those sealed packs of herbs from the supermarket which often end up turning to mush in the fridge because I've forgotten about them!

So rather than waste money throwing away expensive packs of wilted herbs, I've decided it's time to start growing my own. But where to start?

Weight Watchers Fruit Jelly Pots Review

Weight Watchers Mixed Fruit in Jelly potsWeight Watchers have brought out two new jelly pots with fruit. There’s Juicy Berry which contains pear pieces in a berry flavour jelly and the other is Juicy Mandarin containing pineapple and mandarin pieces in a mango flavour jelly.

Both varieties are exceptionally low in calories. The Juicy Berry flavour jelly contains 20 calories and the Juicy Mandarin jelly and fruit pot has 23 calories. Both are worth 1 ProPoint.

Sukrin wheat free gluten free bread review

Sukrin Bread Mix Sunflower and Pumpkin SeedBread is my main food weakness, especially the seeded types. The trouble is, all those seeds make for a very calorific bread. A single slice from some brands can contain up to 150 calories, or more.

So I was amazed to find this bread by Sukrin which is not only packed full of seeds, it doesn’t even contain any wheat. And, according to the nutritional label, one slice provides just 47 calories. The trouble is, it’s not cooked. You have to bake it yourself. Was it worth the bother?

belVita Breakfast Biscuits New Tops

Despite having more varieties than all the other breakfast biscuits out there, belVita have decided they need to keep adding to their range. If you’re a fan of breakfast biscuits and have had your fill of what’s already on offer, perhaps you’ll be tempted by the new belVita Tops. They’re basically the regular whole grain biscuit with a strawberry or choco-hazelnut topping.

Crisped Kale New Recipe Pret a Manger Snack

Pret a manger Crisped Kale new recipeNo sooner had I published my review of Pret's Kale Crisps, and they've gone and changed their recipe! I must admit that for the last couple of weeks I hadn’t been able to find any Kale Crisps in Pret stores. No one seemed to know why they didn’t have any stock. Now I do.

Pret's Kale crisps have lost quite a few calories in the process… down from 105 to just 67 calories per packet. But what else has changed?
