Weight Watchers Tomato & Basil Chicken

Here's a delicious ready meal for one by Weight Watchers. Tomato & Basil Chicken consists of marinated chicken mini fillets in a chunky tomato sauce, served with crispy potato wedges.

This is part of the Signature Range of meals by Weight Watchers from Heinz .

Whether you're counting calories or ProPoints, this meal is ideal for slimmers as each 330g meal has just 254 calories and a ProPoints value of 7.

You can find this meal in the Freezer section of larger supermarkets. Ideally it should also be cooked from frozen and this takes between 40-45 minutes in the oven. You can cook it in the microwave, however, the potato wedges won’t be crispy (unless you have a microwave with a crispy top feature).
