
There are two varieties: Cereal & Milk and Fruit & Fibre. They’re sold in boxes of 6 x 50g or six packs of 4 individually wrapped biscuits.
Although they’re called breakfast biscuits, they don’t specifically mention that they should be eaten for breakfast. However, in keeping with others in the market, they are fortified with extra vitamins and minerals.
The Milk & Cereal variety have 60 calories each while the Fruit & Fibre have 55 calories. The added vitamins and minerals are: Vitamin E, Thiamine (B1), Vitamin B6, Calcium and Magnesium. They’re suitable for vegetarians and can be found in branches of Tesco and Tesco online.
Nutrition Information per 12.5g biscuit: 60 calories, 1.1g protein, 8.3g carbohydrate, 2.4g sugars, 2.0g fat, 0.9g saturates, 0.6g fibre, trace salt.
