Weight Watchers 4 Petits Pains - Part-baked Baguettes

There's nothing quite like the smell of hot, freshly baked bread straight out of the oven.

Even if you're not into baking your own bread, you can still create this gorgeous aroma in your own kitchen by cooking part-baked bread or baguettes.

 If you're trying to lose weight or following the Weight Watchers ProPoints plan, Weight Watchers have their own ‘part-baked’ petit pains (little bread) baguettes which have 111 calories each and 3 ProPoints.

Weight Watchers 4 Petit Pains are part-baked mini baguettes. They’re sealed in two separate sections so you can open one half and keep the others for another time. They have a shelf life of a couple of months so you don’t need to keep them in the freezer.

They couldn’t be easier to bake. Just sprinkle with a little water then pop into a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

When they’re ready, you have the perfect, hot mini baguettes, with a crusty top and soft bready centre. Mmmm. Just don’t smother them in with butter (if you're counting calories) as they’ll soak it up like a sponge!

Although Weight Watchers Petit Pains have the appearance and flavour of a white bread, they're a good source of fibre with 3.4g per petit pain or 6.8g per 100g.

Nutrition Information per petit pain: 111 calories, 3 ProPoints, 3.4g protein, 21.8g carbohydrates, 0.8g sugar, 0.5g fat, 0.1g saturates, 3.4g fibre, 0.4g salt. Suitable for vegetarians.
