Weight Watchers 8 Premium Pork Sausages

The majority of sausages contain anything between 100 to 200 calories each and are high in saturated fat. So if you’re after a lower calorie sausage, it usually means opting for chipolatas or skinny type sausages.

However, these pork sausages from Weight Watchers are a decent size and have just 60 calories each and 1 Weight Watchers ProPoint.

Weight Watchers Premium Pork sausages are reduced fat, meaning they have 30 percent less fat than standard pork sausages. The percentage of actual pork is 65% with the rest made up with breadcrumbs, starches and various spices.
Weight Watchers Sausages before grilling
There are eight linked sausages and they can be cooked by grilling, baking or frying in around 15 minutes.

I served these up to my family and they loved them. The spiciness was just right, not too strong but just enough to take away any blandness which can happen once the fat’s removed. And if you grill them, even more fat comes out so you certainly don’t need to add any oil. I'll definitely be purchasing these again as they're a great choice for just 60 calories.

After grilling
Weight Watchers 8 Premium Pork Sausages can be found in the chilled meat area of larger supermarkets. I found these in a branch of Tesco. You can freeze them if you don't need to use the right away.
