The Brown Sandwich thins are made with wheat and wholemeal flour while the Seeded Thins also have wholemeal flour as well as golden linseed and poppy seeds. The calories are still 100 for each Thin (that’s both pieces).
What the pack says:
"If you're looking for a tasty lunchtime sandwich, but with a bit less bread, try your favourite filling in one of our Sandwich Thins - delicious"
-Jonathan Warburton
Having tried all three varieties, everyone in my household has their own preference. Personally, I love the seeded thins with their crunchy texture and am starting to eat these more often in place of bread. They're great toasted too.

If you've tried Warburtons Sandwich Thins you might like their Square Wraps which are also available in White, Brown and Seeded varieties.
UPDATE August 2014: Warburtons have also introduced a Half & Half version which is 50% wholemeal flour and 50% white flour. They also have 100 calories per thin.
