Count on Us... Fat Free Natural Probiotic Yogurt

Marks and Spencer have added a few new varieties to their Count on Us range of yogurts this year. Along with the new individual pots (see post) is a 500g pot of fat free natural probiotic yogurt.

It's a great choice if you're trying to slim. A quarter of a pot has just 65 calories (50 per 100g).

Marks & Spencer Count on Us... natural yogurt has mild taste with a perfectly smooth and creamy consistency. It's also fat free, with nothing added, artificial or otherwise.

The M&S Count on Us Natural Yogurt has fewer calories than the Simply M&S Low Fat Natural Probiotic yogurt which has 65 calories per 100g.

However, the Count on Us natural yogurt has slightly more sugar with 7.1g per 100g compared with  6.5g for the Simply M&S yogurt. See below for the full nutritional values.

Count on Us Natural Yogurt is suitable for vegetarians but not suitable for nut allergy sufferers due to the manufacturing methods used.

Available in Marks and Spencer Food halls.

Served up with fresh raspberries, mmmmmm.
