Tesco Meat Free Vegetable Fingers

Tesco Meat Free Vegetable Fingers are a delicious alternative to fish fingers. Inside is a tasty mix of potatoes with carrot (17%), peas (10%) and sweetcorn (10%) all mixed with a variety of spices. The outside is covered breadcrumbs which bake to a golden crunchiness.

Meat Free Vegetable fingers have just 55 calories each so can easily be included as part of a calorie counted diet.

They’re also are ideal for vegetarians, children who don’t like eating ‘obvious’ vegetables, or anyone who wants a change from regular fish fingers.

You can find Meat Free Vegetable Fingers in the freezer section of branches of Tesco. Each box contains 15 fingers which should ideally be cooked straight from frozen. Just pop them onto a baking tray, no need to add any oil, and cook in the oven or under the grill for around 14-15 minutes, turning about half way through for even crispiness.
