Mini Oat Biscuits - Marks and Spencer

If you’ve ever stopped for a snack in a Marks & Spencer cafĂ©, you may have come across these Mini Oat Biscuits. Now they're available to buy in the M&S Foodhalls along with your other food purchases.

Each 100g bag contains 21 mini oat biscuits and each has just 20 calories.

If you haven’t tried these yet, you are in for a treat. These tiny, but perfect biscuits have a delicate crumbly oaty texture with a mouth watering, buttery, golden syrupy taste. It’s heaven in a biscuit!

As soon as you open the packet the most incredibly delicious buttery smell escapes. It’s not surprising though, butter accounts for 24% of the ingredients.

Fortunately the calories per biscuit are low because of their tiny size. To give you an idea, they’re a bit wider than a £2 coin but more than three times the thickness.

To properly enjoy their taste, don’t eat the whole thing in one bite, especially if you’re watching your weight. Instead, take tiny bites. Really savour their taste. You might even find you feel more satisfied eating them this way. And with just 20 calories each, you could munch through three or four of these for a snack under 100 calories.

You can buy these delicious biscuits in branches of M&S foodhalls.
