Tesco Light Choices Soup in a Mug

Soup is a great way to fill yourself up during the day. It’s particularly helpful if you’re on a diet and tempted to snack on something you shouldn’t. I often find eating a bowl of soup can stave off hunger pangs long enough to see me through to the next meal.

Making a bowl of soup isn't always convenient, especially when you're away from home. However, packet soups can be carried around or taken into your place of work. Then, as a change to making yet another tea or coffee, you can make yourself a mug of soup instead.

Some of my favourites come from Tesco’s Light ChoicesSoup in a Mug’ range which all have less than 60 calories per cup.

Tesco’s Light Choices Soup in a Mug range are nice and thick with a lots of vegetable pieces or noodles. All you need is boiling water, a mug and a spoon and in less than a minute you have a warm and filling, low calorie snack.
