Reduced Fat Soya & Potato Snacks by Sainsbury’s

Having a cupboard full of ready to eat snacks which aren’t high in calories, can make all the difference between losing or gaining weight. And if you aim to keep all your snacks to around the 100 calorie mark, achieving your weight goals should be even easier.

But finding these snacks is often easier said than done. Becoming familiar with which brands have lower calorie foods can help.

For example, Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself range has a wide selection of food which is typically lower in fat and calories than similar items.

Among the crisps and snacks, Sainsbury’s have added four reduced fat soya & potato snacks as part of the Be Good To Yourself range. These are: Thai style sweet chilli flavour, Spiced lime & coriander flavour, Paprika flavour and Cheese & red onion flavour.

All of them have 93 calories per pack and are suitable for vegetarians – the Paprika variety is also suitable for vegans.

If you’re following the Weight Watchers ProPoints plan, each flavour is worth 1.5 ProPoints as calculated by Sainsbury’s.
