Cadbury Creme Egg Minis

Not to be mistaken for Cadbury Mini Eggs, Creme Egg Minis are tiny versions of the famous Creme Egg. Because they're smaller, they have fewer calories whereby one Creme Egg Mini has 50 calories compared with 185 calories for the full sized version.

With a regular Creme Egg, once you’ve started eating one, you have to finish. It’s not as simple as breaking a bit off and saving the rest for later – far too messy. Plus, once you’ve started eating one, you’d need an impressivly strong willpower to stop eating it. This makes Creme Egg Minis ideal for those who love Creme Eggs but not the calories.

However, due to their size, you may not be able to eat them in the same way you'd eat a regular Creme Egg. According to research by Cadbury's, these are the top three ways people eat their Creme Eggs:
  • 53% of people will bite off the top, lick out the goo and then eat the chocolate;
  • 20% of people will just bite straight through;
  • 16% of people use their finger to scoop out the creme.

Inside a Creme Egg Mini
While Creme Egg Minis provide a lower calorie alternative to the large Creme Egg, they're only available bags. This of course means there will be lots more to tempt you.

Also they’re not individually wrapped. While this may be better for the environment, it’s all too easy to keep on snacking.

Look out for Cadbury Creme Egg Minis in 56g bags which contain five eggs. Also available in 100g packs.
