Weight Watchers Individual Yogurts 150g

New from Weight Watchers are four individual fat-free yogurts which are packed into a 150g sized pot. This makes them slightly bigger than the 125g multi-packs which they currently sell. However, the calorie count is still very low for a flavoured yogurt with none of them having more than 65 calories per pot.

The four flavours on offer at the moment are: Lemon, Strawberry, Apricot and Vanilla. The Strawberry yogurt has 2 ProPoints and 61 calories; the Lemon yogurt has 2 ProPoints and 63 calories, the Apricot yogurt has 1 ProPoint and 57 calories while the Vanilla yogurt has 2 ProPoints and 63 calories.

If you enjoy Weight Watchers yogurts, these are a good choice if you find the 125g pots too small. They’re also convenient if you don’t want to buy a multi-pack containing flavours you don’t particularly like.

Weight Watchers yogurts are made by Yoplait and have so far been seen in Tesco stores, but no doubt will be appearing in other stores soon.
