The majority of wraps have around 200 calories each (without the filling). This isn’t too bad as long as you don’t stuff it with lots of high calorie ingredients. But if you’re seriously trying to keep the calories down, Weight Watchers Wraps have only 106 calories each and a ProPoints value of 3.

This is the lowest number of calories for a tortilla wrap which I've found so far. Next in line are Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself Tortilla Wraps with 135 calories each.
These Mexican style Tortilla wraps are made with wheat flour and contain a good amount of fibre. They’re lovely and soft, so fold up easily without breaking and are just the right size for lunch. Each pack holds 6 Tortilla wraps and is resealable.
You can find Weight Watchers Tortilla Wraps in the bread section of larger stores.
