Quorn 4 Southern Style Burgers

Despite not being a vegetarian, I frequently buy food made with Quorn. What initially attracted me to Quorn was the surprisingly low number of calories in their products. This makes Quorn ideal for those who are on low calorie or calorie controlled diets, as well as vegetarians.

Besides the low calories, their products taste so similar to their meat counterparts, it's often hard to tell the difference. With their burgeoning range of tasty food items, there’s always something new to discover in the Quorn range.

Quorn Southern Style Burgers are tasty Quorn Burgers with a crunchy pepper coating and have just 119 calories each.

Quorn burgers can be grilled or cooked in the oven from frozen for 12 or 16 minutes respectively. Serve them as you would regular chicken burgers or alternatively, try the suggestion on the box and slice them up after cooking and use to fill a wrap. Add salad ingredients and low cal mayonnaise for a tasty lunch or dinner.

My family, including a teenage son who's a KFC devotee, had no idea these were Quorn and everyone devoured them as they would regular chicken burgers.

You can find Quorn Southern Style burgers in the freezer section of larger supermarkets.
