

Canderel Yellow is available in tablet form and granulated form. Each Canderel Yellow tablet is the equivalent to one teaspoon of sugar in sweetness but has zero calories while the granulated Canderel has 1.9 calories per teaspoon. This is actually the same number of calories as the original Canderel.
With the average teaspoon of table sugar having around 16 calories, you could save over 100 calories a day using Canderel if you get through several cups of sweetened teas and coffees each day.
The Canderel Yellow tablets are suitable for use in hot drinks and the granulated is ideal for cooking, baking and sprinkling on cereals. You can also use it in hot drinks too if you wish. At the time of writing, the Canderel yellow tablets are available in packs of 200 and the granulated comes in a 200g carton with an easy pour spout.
Some suggested uses for Canderel Yellow Granules include using it in place of icing sugar for dusting cakes and mixing it with low fat crème fraiche as a lower calorie alternative to cream.

A bit about sucralose
