Birds Eye 10 Vegetable Fingers

Vegetable fingers make a change from fish fingers and can be a useful way of persuading kids to eat some veggies. They’re just like fish fingers with the same crispy, crumb outer coating, but inside is a delicious combination of mixed vegetables including sweetcorn, carrots, peas and potatoes.
 
They can be cooked in the oven or under the grill and one vegetable finger has just 50 calories. 

Boxes of 10 Birds Eye Vegetable Fingers can be found in the freezer section of ASDA supermarkets. 

Free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and suitable for vegetarians.
