Tesco Fat Free Greek Style Yogurt

Eating a pot of Greek yogurt is an indulgence best left to the naturally slim, or as a once a week treat. This rich, creamy yogurt is often high in fat and calories, so it’s not the ideal choice for those on a diet.

Fortunately, if you’re a fan of Greek yogurt, you do have a few low fat and low calorie choices. For example, Tesco have their own deliciously thick, fat free, Greek Style yogurt which has only 55 calories per 100g.

This compares with Tesco Finest Greek Yogurt and Tesco Organic Greek Yogurt which both have 10g of fat and 135 and 130 calories per 100g respectively.

Just to prove how thick this yogurt is, you can even hold it upside down on a spoon without it falling off, as shown in the photo.

Available in Tesco stores.

Nutritional Information: Per 100g: 55 calories, 7.6g protein, 4.8g carbohydrates, 4.2g sugars, 0.2g fat, 0.1g saturates, 0.4g fibre, 0.2g salt. Suitable for vegetarians.
