Tuna Steaks by Sainsbury’s

Tuna has one of the lowest calorie counts of all fish. It’s also high in protein, has no sugar or carbohydrates and is virtually fat free. This of course makes it ideal for those watching their weight. Furthermore, if you buy fresh tuna rather than the canned variety, you’ll benefit from the omega 3 it contains.

Sainsbury's frozen 2 line caught tuna steak’s are individually wrapped and can be cooked in the microwave from frozen, or defrosted and grilled or baked. Each chunky steak has just 135 calories and they couldn’t be easier to cook.

Each pack contains two 150g steaks and you can find them in the freezer section of Sainsbury’s.

Nutritional Information: Per 150g steak: 135 calories, 31.5g protein, 0g carbohydrates, 0g sugar, 1.1g fat, 0.2g saturates, 0.34g salt.
