Mini Burger Buns from Marks & Spencer

Burgers are a popular fast food treat, but without a doubt, many of them should come labelled with a health warning. Instead of relying on unhealthy takeaway burgers, why not make your own at home. Marks and Spencer have just brought out these cute Mini Burger Buns which are a perfect replica of the traditional sesame seed burger bun. 

Using these sesame seed buns you can make perfectly formed burgers using only healthy, low calorie and low fat ingredients. Each pack contains 9 deliciously soft mini burger buns with each bun worth only 80 calories. Size wise, mini burger buns measure 6cm x 6cm (2.5 inches x 2.5 inches).

Nutritional Information: Per bun: 80 calories, 2.6g protein, 12.4g carbohydrate, 0.7g sugar, 1.8g fat, 0.4g saturates, 0.7g fibre, 0.88g salt.  Suitable for vegetarians and they’re freezable.
