Sainsbury’s All Butter Croissants - Be Good To Yourself

Croissants are never going to be considered a ‘healthy’ choice, but some are definitely less healthy than others. However, they are delicious, especially when heated under a grill, so it’s good to know there are a few croissants out there which aren’t loaded with calories.

Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself All Butter Croissants have 155 calories each and 6.5 grams of fat. Each croissant is worth 4 Weight Watchers ProPoints. This compares with Sainsbury’s regular croissants at 188 calories each and 10.8 grams of fat, or their Taste The Difference Croissants which have 289 calories and 16.1g of fat.

If you enjoy a croissant with your morning coffee, it certainly pays to check out the calorie count first, especially if you are watching your weight.

As a tip, there’s no need to put butter on croissants as they’ve already got plenty in the pastry. They taste even more buttery when you heat them up.
