Weight Watchers Range of Cookies

Weight Watchers have a variety of delicious, crunchy cookies which have all been allocated the new ProPoints values. Among the selection are Oat & Choc Chip Cookies, Choc Chip & Raisin Cookies, Sultana & Cinnamon Cookies and Lemon & Currant Cookies.

The flavours are wonderful, especially the cinnamon. If you're following the Weight Watchers ProPoints plan, these are a good snacking choice as these cookies already have their ProPoints allocated.

Each box contains six packs of two individually wrapped cookies. Sometimes they’re on offer, as shown in the photos here, with 18 cookies for the price of 12. All the cookies have 43 calories each and 1 ProPoints value. However, since they’re wrapped up in twos you may be tempted to eat them both, in which case each pack has 86 calories and 2 ProPoints.

They're suitable for vegetarians and available in branches of Poundland and other supermarkets.

Nutritional Information: Per cookie (Oat & Choc Chip): 43 calories, 0.55g protein, 5.9g carbohydrates, 1.8g sugar, 1.75g fat, 0.4g saturates, 1g fibre, 0.05g salt

A new addition to the range of Weight Watchers Cookies are these gorgeous, crunchy Ginger & Lemon Cookies. They're a bit like a ginger nut biscuit with a similar texture and lovely ginger taste. Each biscuit has tiny pieces of crystallised ginger and lemon peel and is worth 1 ProPoint. As the other flavours, there are six packs of two individually wrapped biscuits, each pack worth 85 calories.

Ginger & Lemon Cookies
Weight Watchers Toffee Cookies are another new flavour to watch out for. See this post.

Here's another one to look out for:

Weight Watchers Double Chocolate Chip Cookies. Contains 6 packs of 2 cookies. Each pack of 2 Cookies has 2 ProPoints and 87 calories.
