Weight Watchers Sticky Toffee Pudding

Rich, sticky, gooey puddings are most definitely out of bounds if you’re trying to lose weight. Those things are loaded with fat, sugar and of course, calories. But they do taste gorgeous. Well, thanks to Weight Watchers, you don’t need to deny yourself any longer.

Weight Watchers Sticky Toffee Sponge puddings can easily be included as part of your calorie controlled diet or ProPoints system. It’s a light, toffee flavoured sponge pudding with sultanas, all coated with a delicious sticky toffee sauce.

They're purchased as a double pack of 2 x 100g puddings and found in the refrigerated section of the supermarket. Each pudding has 172 calories and is worth 4 Weight Watchers ProPoints. This is incredibly low in calories when compared with similar sized individual sticky toffee puddings where you’ll be clocking up anything from 330-450 calories.

These puddings are low in fat, but quite high in sugar. However, if you need a luxurious treat, you can indulge in one of these and not have to worry about putting on weight. They are also suitable for vegetarians.
