Walkers Baked Crisps - Sour Cream & Chive

Crisps are so moreish, that it’s no wonder manufacturers are making them in larger and larger packets. But, while this may please some people, it does nothing to help those trying to control their portion sizes or watch their waistlines. Unless you’re able to shake some out and return another day for the rest, you’d probably be best opting for a smaller bag with fewer calories.
Walkers have loads of varieties of crisps including the ‘baked’ range which have 70% less fat than the regular Walkers crisps. The flavours include Cheese & Onion, Sour Cream & Chives and Salt & Vinegar and each packet has less than 100 calories. They're available in supermarkets as multipacks of 6 or individually in many stores.

Nutritional Information: Per 25g bag: 99 calories, 1.5g protein, 18.4g carbohydrates, 2g sugar, 2.2g fat, 0.4g saturates, 1.2g fibre, 0.33g salt.
