Sainsbury's Low Fat Rice Cakes

Low Fat jumbo rice cakes from the Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself range are an exceptionally healthy choice for snacking. Because plain rice cakes are quite bland, they may not be to everyone’s taste.

However, these jumbo sized rice cakes are substantial enough to hold a fair amount of toppings and not fall apart when you bite into them. Try adding low calorie options such as low fat ham or chicken, low fat cream cheese and slices of tomato and cucumber.

Everything in these rice cakes gets the green light nutritionally. They're made with wholegrain brown rice and contain trace amounts of salt, sugar and saturated fats and there are only 29 calories for each rice cake. Available in Sainsbury’s stores.

Nutritional Information: Per rice cake: 29 calories, 0.6g protein, 6.1g carbohydrates, trace sugars, 0.2g fat, 0.2g trace sat fat, 0.4g fibre, trace salt.
