Lucozade Sport Lite Orange

Orange Lite is a new flavour for Lucozade Sport. The other is Lemon & Lime. Lucozade Sport Lite, like regular Lucozade, contains electrolytes and B vitamins which are designed to give you an energy boost while keeping you hydrated during exercise.

It’s therefore a great choice for those who are trying to lose weight since it has only 10 calories per 100ml. This is a calorie saving of nearly two thirds of the original Lucozade Sport.



Orange Lite Lucozade Sport holds 500ml so there's a fair amount of liquid in there. The bottle has a flip top lid in keeping with regular sports drink bottles and the entire drink has only 50 calories. You'll find it in most supermarkets.
