More often than not, most of us pour out way too much cereal into our bowls, meaning we’re likely to be underestimating how many calories we’re actually eating.
Even though mini boxes of cereals are generally aimed at children, it can be a good idea to buy them just to give yourself an idea of how small a portion really is.

Kellogg’s have the most well known multi-packs of cereals, which usually consist of Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes, Coco Pops or Frosties with variations on the others. Nestle also sell their own brand mini boxes as do Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda. Morrisons sell individual mini boxes of cereal including All Bran and Weetabix.

Why don't they print the nutritional information on the mini/multi-packs?
ReplyDeleteGood question. They seem to have nutritional information in another language for different boxes, but just one nutritional information given in English but it doesn't say which box of cereal it refers to!
