Go Ahead Yogurt Breaks consist of a crisp biscuit which is coated with a yogurt flavour topping and filled with one of six fruits and mixed with sultanas. There are six flavours to choose from: Forest Fruit, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Tropical, Black Cherry.
They're packaged as a box of six and each individual bar has less than 75 calories. But here’s where you have to be careful.
