Quorn Cottage Pie 500g

It's not only vegetarians who can enjoy eating Quorn. This Cottage Pie made with Quorn Mince is exceptionally tasty and as close to 'mince' as you can get. It's in a rich, savoury gravy with peas & carrots topped with seasoned mashed potato. It's high in fibre (which meat isn't) and high in protein and fantastically low in calories. In fact, you can eat half the entire pack for only 167 calories. They're available in large supermarkets and can be frozen.

Nutritional Information: Per 500g pack: 334 calories, 12.6g protein, 55g carbohydrates, 5g fat, 9g fibre, 2g salt.

This is what it looks like once it's cooked.
