Dole Fruit Bowls

Dole fruit pots have a long shelf life so make a useful scupboard standby for when you've run out of fresh fruit. But don't wait until then. They're really delicious, and make a great snack either on their own or topped with yogurt. They're also handy to take out with you as a ready snack in case you suffer from hunger pangs. Some flavours include: Pineapple in Juice, Mandarins in Juice and Peach, Pineapple and Pear in juice. Each pack comes with 4 pots of just over 110g each
