Planet Lunch Squeezable Fruit

Planet Lunch are mainly aimed at the children's market, but there's no reason why adults watching their weight can't enjoy these delicious and healthy snacks. Planet Lunch Squeezable Fruit is available in two flavours: Strawberry & Banana or Tropical.

They're sold individually in 85g squeezy pouches and are found in larger branches of Sainsburys. They both contain nothing but natural fruit purees, natural flavouring and lemon juice. Each pouch has between 51 to 54 calories and they don't require refrigeration, making it a convenient snack to keep in your bag or pack in a lunch box. Note that the sugar content is from those naturally occuring in the fruit.
