Nice Biscuits

Yes, of course biscuits are nice. But these are Nice biscuits. Most of us are familiar with Nice biscuits with their tasty sprinkling of sugar on top and crunchy coconut taste. Luckily, they're surprisingly low in calories for a biscuit.

You can find many brands of Nice and several supermarkets make their own brands. Choose those without a cream filling and you'll find they're all quite similar in calorie count.

Nutritional Information: Per biscuit: (Crawford's) 39 calories, 0.5g protein, 5g carbohydrate, 2g sugar, 1.9g fat, 1.1g saturated fat, 0.3g fibre, trace salt.

  1. They have spoilt the nice biscuits by taking the sugar off the top I've had them for years and now they just taste bland 😣😣😣
