Books - South Beach Diet

The South Beach diet is highly recommended as a healthy and fairly easy one to follow as long as you can survive the first two weeks.

It became popular after several well known celebrities including Jessica Simpson and Kim Cattrall were touted as following this plan. You can read an overview of the diet here.
