On weight...The sugars actually aren't that bad. On weight watchers these are 2 points probably cause sweeteners aren't counted that's why. However fat free yogurts are exactly the same as 2 points. So don't panic too much. You may find there is just the same amount cause even though its not counted cause u cant measure the sugar in fruit there is alot of "natural" sugar in fruit.
