Boxes contain eight individually wrapped packs of two cookies, so there are 16 in total. Each pack of two has 84 calories (2 Propoints), or 42 calories for one cookie (1 Propoint).
I've done quite a few Weight Watchers food reviews over the years (see reviews), but to be honest, I don’t buy their products that often. Why? Generally, although they usually taste good and are all calorie counted and portion controlled etc., the shear number of ingredients (those you wouldn't use when baking at home) makes me question just how 'real' these foods are.
Weight Watchers Apple & Cinnamon cookies are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. See below for the ingredients.
What are they like? Actually, they’re not bad. Don’t expect the kind of American style, heavyweight chunky cookie. These cookies are light, a bit sticky and crunchy with a slight apple flavour. The cinnamon is just about detectable.
Nutritionally, they are high in sugar, with a medium fat, sat fat and salt level. Surprisingly, they’re a good source of fibre with each cookie providing 1g or 10.7g per 100g.
I found these in Poundland who sell a good range of Weight Watchers products. No need to tell you how much they cost!
