Which Milk is Best for Lowering Cholesterol?

Choosing lower fat milk is a useful way of reducing the amount of saturated fat in your diet, especially if you consume a lot of it. Less fat means fewer calories, so is a good option for slimmers.

But what if you’re choosing your milk for a different health reason – to lower your cholesterol for example. Some types of milk can be beneficial in helping to lower cholesterol levels, while others should be avoided.
