Weight Watchers Cake Slices

Many of us like to indulge in a slice of cake now and again. But when you’re watching your weight, it usually means foregoing the pleasure or breaking the diet.

However, Weight Watchers have a range of cakes and slices, designed to fit in with your ProPoints or calorie allowance.

Recently spotted in a branch of Poundland were these low fat cake slices worth 2 ProPoints each.




5 Angel Slices

As described on the box:

‘Fluffy pink and yellow sponge, sandwiched together with strawberry ham and topped with yoghurt icing.’
Nutrition information per slice (23g): 85 calories, 1.0g protein, 18.7g carbohydrate, 12.3g sugars, 0.6g fat, 0.3g saturates, 0.4g fibre, 0.1g salt.






5 Bakewell Slices

As described on the box:

‘Deliciously moist almond sponge & cherry jam topped with a layer of icing.

Nutrition information per slice (23g): 84 calories, 1.0g protein, 18.5g carbohydrate, 12.2g sugars, 0.6g fat, 0.3g saturates, 0.5g fibre, 0.1g salt. Suitable for vegetarians.
