Weight Watchers Range of Pizzas (NEW)

Virtually everyone loves pizza.  It's one of those meals that's handy to keep in the freezer for days you don't feel like cooking or for when when unexpected friends drop round.

However, pizzas can be exceedingly unhealthy with a high fat and calorie content. If you're on a diet or watching your weight, it's best to steer well clear of deep crust pizzas, stuffed crust pizzas, those with loads of cheese and/or meat toppings, especially those such as pepperoni which is loaded with fat.

If you want to enjoy a pizza without the excess fat and calories,Weight Watchers have a new selection of wholemeal based pizzas made with a thin crust.



Thin & Crispy Margherita Pizza (225g)

12 ProPoints (457 calories) per pizza

Hand topped with rich tomato sauce, mozzarella and low fat cheese, diced tomatoes and a sprinkle of parsley.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Nutrition Information per 100g: 203 calories, 11.8g protein, 3.6g fat, 1.1g saturates, 29.2g carbohydrate, 3.2g sugars, 3.1g fibre, 0.6g salt.






Feta & Spinach Pizza (270g)

13 Propoints (513 calories including the sachet)  per pizza

Wholemeal pizza base infused with a Mediterranean crumb covered with tomato sauce and low fat cheese, topped with red peppers, garlic spinach and feta cheese, with a sachet of balsamic dressing.
Suitable for vegetarians.

These pizzas can all be found in the ready meals section of ASDA and some branches of Sainsbury's and Morrisons. They're freezable and can be cooked in the oven from chilled or frozen.
